Dawn at the Downs

I am ashamed to say it but I had never seen actual horses on the track at churchill downs. I have been to the museum... I have toured the place... but this was my first actual time inside. So the fam and I went to Dawn at the Downs. You get to have breakfast in millionaires row and watch the horses practice. I must say I am HOOKED. I love the sound the horses made running on the track. I learned SOOOOOOO MUCH. The jockey from Alysheba was there answering questions (yes I did get my picture taken with him and man do I look tall!) SO needless to say I will be going back and this time for an ACTUAL race!
